I think you have to change your PSU,,, it might damage your GPu when 2pins less connected.

This is a long known problem, it seems that Asus cant fix this as of the moment. If you sync your Mouse on your AURA, different issues will arise.

its the AURA. happening in all effects with GRADIENT mode.

usually it doesnt happen when your PC is idle and just admiring the effects, but when you play a game thats where it happens.

hey bro, i had similar problem before, can you try turning the wire? maybe you connected the rgb wire incorrect sequence.

I have the same exact problem. still having these problem till now for 6 months already. this happens especially when playing games. this is not a hardware proablem rather a software problem.

The aura sync crash happens when "playing games" not by benchmarking... had to unsync mouse for the aura sync not to crash.

I was wondering when do you guys will update ROG Pugio mouse? im having alot of problem syncing this mouse. everytime i sync ROG pugio on my PC, AURA crash after a few moments of playing...

Still have the same problem, aura stopped working while playing games. unless i unsync the mouse. had to reset the PC, more often happens on gradient effects. +cpu loading jumping to 20-30%
