It should either update the vbios or tell you, you have the latest vbios. I'm not sure what's going on there, maybe try reinstalling the updater.

Looking good SuNSe7, the vbios update seemed to have dropped temps nicely. If you can set a fan curve to keep temp below 70c, you might see a slight increase in the boost clock.

You can raise the 2nd fan for ram that is taller than 32mm, your case supports cpu coolers up to 180mm in height so it shouldn't be a problem.
