Connectt the pump to the AIO_ PUMP or W_PUMP header and connect the fans to the cpu and cpu_opt headers.

LLC helps control voltage droop.

With LLC at lower levels your cpu voltage under load may be lower than what you're setting in the bios and you may run into instability, at level 7 the voltage...

That's correct, if it's crashing back off the coverclocks a notch or two.

Do one at a time to determine which is causing the instability. (Boost clock or Memory clock)

The Maximum temperature for the 1070 Ti is 94c but at that temp you will be severely thermal throttling.
