    Inexpensive place to start: clear CMOS - re-seat CPU and its heat sink - re-seat PSU, GPU and drive connectors - try starting with just one stick of (re-seated) memory.

    Similar Problem - BIOS Update Fixed It

    I experienced the same frustration - updating to BIOS 3101 (stock - no mods) resolved it.
  13. Fixed With BIOS Update

    I created the multiple boot/reset problem for myself in going from 32 to 64 GB of RAM. Adjusting system agent voltage made the situation tolerable, updating to 1801 BIOS seems to have fixed it.
