Ryzens are "hot" in dile, but its nothing crazy. 40-45C is normal. Load temps are about 65C with 1700 model. 1800X is a bit hotter.

Second piece of my 7700Ks. A bit better than in review. Cinebench R15 at 5/4.5 GHz with lowest possible voltage 1.24V

For voltage (and no skill users) is important only vcore/cache voltage. Ussually you can set 1.3 to 1.35V and it will be enough for 4.8 to 5 GHz (depends on luck). Kaby is hot, more hot than Skylake...

So, there is my BIOS settings to share. Be sure, my memory are clocked high and ussually I dont need push it so hard! At XMP this RAM works perfectly with 1.35V.
