just got a brand new g703gi ..

and i can confirm the above problem!
makes this strange noises as soon as i connect them to the powersupply. (one or two does not matter)
i guess its coil whine, ...

no problem.. im just happy it works now!

the procedure to pair the joypad is:

Windows Settings -> Devices -> Add Bluetooth or other Device -> ...

just a quick update:

i got it to work by uninstalling the xbox embedded wireless driver in device manager and installing it again.

now it just works ;)

as with every laptop its not worth it if you have the option to buy a desktop instead. if you play alot out of the house its worth it tough.

Yes.. Bluetooth is only recommended for one controller because of the transfer-limitations of blutooth.
i regulary use more then one controller when playing with friends also running sound through...

i have exactly the same problem! i can pair it via blutooth but it wont work with the built in adapter!
the manual is a joke as it advises you to go to a MS-Site that has absoutely nothing to do...
