In Aida go to Computer > DMI > Motherboard
below you will see the serial number, revision and some other information

Here is the simple solution.
When Overclock your Ram MHz (DRAM Frequency), CPU Core Ratio surrounded jumps to "Sync All Cores".
This is the fault of the BIOS. You should put it back to "AUTO"....
