Different possibilities for this..

Often it's a CPU/socket problem...i.e. CPU is not seated well in the socket or bent pins in the socket. Reseat the CPU and have a good look for bent...

None of that should be needed...regular standoffs should place the MB in the correct position...if that's not the case...no pun intended...I'd see about getting the case replaced

The case should come with standoffs on which to mount the motherboard. You just have to make sure the standoffs are in the correct alignment and there are none out of alignment with the MB holes

I would take the components out of the case and try them on top of the MB box....failing that take the lot to the shop and try a different PSU with them if they are willing/able
