Must say "thanks" to Asus, as they finally were able to release a BIOS that allows me to make my 4x8Gb config to work smoothless.
With previous releases I got errors with my 2 kits...

No update for C8 Formula??
Asus yet keeps disappointing me...

Thanks again Slice... honestly I don't feel like voiding the warranty, as it should be lifetime garanteed.
What I can't figure out is why with previous BIOS the 2 kits where ok @3600 CAS 14 and now...

Tested the 2 kits individually and both are ok.
Tested again together (this time swapping the 2 kits position) and got error after 14 minutes.

SOo, are there any other tests I can try?

I got the 2 kits in different moments, so I could test them both separetely then together... and always worked well (tested with MemTest, I got a license of Karhu only recently).

Especially because with BIOS 2103 Asus stated to have implemented RAM stability improvements (if I remember correctly). :mad:

Discoverd I'm experiencing RAM issues with BIOS 2103 (4x8 G.Skill F4-4000C17D-16GTZR).
With previous BIOS I was able to keep my RAM @3600 CAS 14, now with the same settings from Calculator I can't...

"Hardware failure" means all and nothing... did you try to reflash the BIOS using the FlashBack way?

Type in all the values from calculator... usually they are a little bit conservative but it's better to have a stable configuration.
Also consider that a 64Gb config nees usually more relaxed...

Flashback just needs a FAT32 USB stick with the file correctly named (the name depends on the mobo model, for example is C8F.CAP for Formula version).
If it does not work, you could have a faulty...

Why should Asus (or every mobo maler) put pressure on AMD, if it's Asus itself interest not to expand Zen3 compatibility to x5xx boards?
