yes, this absoutely true. Use the old AFUWIn 64 GUI for the non capsuled Bios Dump.
Inject the DXE Driver and reflash.. Like I presented in my Guide..

Did you try the Afuwin i send you?

I suppose, the DXE Driver should work with the Asus G771 as well.
The Bioslength could differ compared to the G751, but the implementation should be the same, like i already showed in my Step by...

good news ;) very nice. Ive also installed a second ssd beneath the M2 Drive.:o Its a pity that the HM87 PCH only has PCIx4 Gen2 ability.
Somebody "Aeolisio" managed it to run in Gen3 in full...

i know it will boot up... keep me informed..

If you have a G751 with M.2 PCIe x4 socket...
Yes, it should be bootable as Boot Option. The Drive itself wont show up as PCIe Drive, but its defenitly present. Make it bootable or install an OS...

My new SM951 NVMe works fine, also as bootdrive for my Win7. But speeds never get above 1660 MB/s. I dont know if it has something to do with the thermal heat of the Drive?? Mine seems pretty cool...
