OC Guru from Gigabyte solved my issue.
Wont use gpu tweak any longer.

GPU Tweak, Core Clock jumps to 9999 when applying.
Hello,
My system:
Win 10
i7 4790K 4,4 Ghz
32GB DDR3 2600
Asus Maximus VII Hero
Asus GTX1070 OC
Everytime i apply gpu tweak, the memory gets set to 9999.
