I uninstalled HWMon and installed aida, one core full bore. Killed aida and the one core back to normal. Only using HWMon now, it has no issues.

Still have one core getting hammered with this version.

About all I did was lower resolution, boot to diagnostic mode and kill exploere.exe, then giver. :D

Like others seeing a fairly significant hit to 4k numbers with new bios. Top 2 are new bios and bottom two are bios 0802. Chip @ 4.5 for all tests. Somewhat less in AS SSD but still there for sure....

I am not aware of XMP being any issue for an Nvme drive. And there is no issue with raid either. It just needs to be setup correctly in bios.
