The ram can not work with 4 RAM modules, because the F4-3200C16D-16GTZR works only as 2x8GB module. Due to chip variations, timing differences, it will not work properly.

You might want to move the SSD from port 1 to port 5 to avoid any speed penalty of the M.2, because the M.2 shares signal with SATA 1 and SATA 2 ports.
