im getting high IHO temps and its rebooting with that error when im gaming

i believe the paste under the north bridge heat sink is cooked and or rubbish after having a read up on this...

where exactly is the northbridge on these boards?

is it the small heatsink and tiny fan jsut about the upper PCIe slot and just below the cpu ?

the IHO is indeed getting hot and is about 75deg C even idle @ standard voltage etc
