Hard to say why you install dosent finish in a good way , but the Q-Code means "Ready to Boot Event" see the manual page 32 there is a list of Q-Codes, i have ater AD
the AA code then my mashine...

My BIOS 1 left me after trying to Copie BIOS 2 (2101) to BIOS 1 (testing 3101 again) after this only Q-Code 00 , USB Flash back method didnt helped me here , stange
maybe the Chip was not good...

I had a x-fi before also but the update bug was scraching me AGAIN so i got a ZxR soundblaster , works great BUT the controls are way different then the x-fi ! and to use
3D-EAX and Direct 3D game...

The same "problem" i had here too , maybe there is an update needet for the Asus Suite too , i went back to 2101 there ist working fine .
