It depends much more on platform...RAM density...training...driver initializations...windows fast startup setting...etc etc -

4.2 all core usually gives semi decent temps on AIO...but really for most things they are better left at stock with PBO settings maxed out and the CPU will cycle the cores at higher boost speeds.
