the issue is still open, I'm waiting the Windows Fall Creator Update which should be rolled tomorrow. Anyway I started playing The Incredible Adventure of Van Hellsing Final Cut yesterday...

Pausing on games are less frequent but still there.
At this point I believe it is a voltage issue or a Windows issue, I've seen a lot of people complainin about the CU build and stuttering in games...

Realbench won't raise it over 1.216 v

If you look at the pic the dram voltage is at 1.36

If I put 1.3500 in the DRAM voltage it will automatically set 1.3530, I'm not able to change it

No, I've done a CLEAR Cmos and everything is stock, the CPU is now at 3.9 ghz.

If I leave everything default on Adaptive mode, under load the voltage won't go over 1.120 v.
Then I've set:

- Additional turbo voltage on Auto
- Signum +
- Offset value 0.016 v
