Have you tried updating to the driver that was released on 4/27, that update seemed to have fixed the same issue i was having on my Z270e mobo.

This is the exact same problem im currently having. This was my first time building a pc and was so worried i messed something up, im glad im not the only one but this sucks at the same time.
