Wanna say a big thank you to Asus Support who managed to get my Asus Crate up and running through teamviewer!!
Much appretiated!!

Tried it, and well, not even that works for me! Aura just opens in taskmanager and that´s about it...

And you find the old version where - Crate installer is downloading from Asus servers so quite hard to install another version.

Same issue here!!
Done the extended steps:
Uninstall from Windows Apps
Uninstall from Controlpanel
Uninstall using Crate Uninstaller
Shut down pc and power cycle
Re-Install Crate, didnt open...

Released uninstaller isnt much of a help! Leaves tons of registry entrys FYI!
Re-Installing Crate introduces same issues as we´ve had for years...

I got the installer to work but Crate Software is a mess!
Motherboard (Maximus X Hero Z370) doesnt show up! Only VGA, Mouse/KB and mouse.
SW Agent shown as a window as well... What a...

Eventually the installer started working! Server issues over at Asus?!

1. Uninstalled Crate using the Crate Uninstaller, cant install Crate again. Internet is not the...

So, I had to reinstall Crate yesterday!
Used the Crate Uninstall tool and then manually deleted leftovers + cleaned up registry from prev Crate installation files.
Restarted PC and installed Crate...

...your not alone and no-one have the solution either!

Thnx for the reply! I saw a comment u wrote in another post regarding FileOperator.exe - havent seen any errors in the event viewer.

If I manually run the .exe I get this cmd prompt appear and...

Done like Mapantz have.. Wiped exactly everything including manually deleting win registry entrys!
Installed Armoury and then Crate using the updated installer.. Only thing that works is the Macro...

So, no-one from Asus has reached out to me! Instead they released a new webinstaller that made no difference at all - it´s even worse!
Lots of files doesnt get downloaded/installed. Whole Armoury...

If any Asus programmer is reading this post! I gladly let u guys remotely control my PC via teamviewer so try and sort this out!!
Or, if anyone with a fully working Crate could send me the files...

Yeah I guess :/ Asus should make a regular installer for Crate rather than that web installer thing.

asus framework is running but no socket server.exe etc to run :s
I do get this error and updating the mice and keyboard doesnt work either - tells me to update over and over again!

Some progress! Uninstalled and installed Crate several times and eventually Crate Services got installed properly but..
Lighting services is still installed and seems to be conflicting since no rgb...

Yeah, not sure why it doesnt install the service! Tried to manually find it and start it but couldnt.
Tried uninstalling using both Revo and regular windows one. I allways unlock the .rar before...

Here´s what I had to do:
Intall Armoury and make sure everything is working in there.
Install latest Aura Lighting v1.07.57(Latest shown for my motherboard)
When that´s installed, restart pc and...

No CrateServices, only ROG Live Services running.
Even tried clearing the cmos.

Uninstalled everything again! Not a single ASUS software installed.

Went to the Ryujin support and found Crate but it´s the same that ive been using all the time!
Webinstaller typed one...
