So that would need the AX211 chip.

I have had this identical issue with 2 different GPU's on a z590 board
One was an amd XFX 580 and the other was an nvidia ASUS 1060
The solution was to update the firmware of the GPU.

search for - type e to type c
type e is the type of connector on the motherboard
this is what my z590 uses. I'm sure the 690 uses the same motherboard port.

Most likely, you need to be connected to the graphics card on boot (not the iGPU)

this is not part of dual band with 2.4 and 5ghz = it is its own thing
