try installing from safe mode

the bios file is safe nothing to worry because i updated mine with this link with no problems

thats a mystery dude i even encountered it on my GL504GM unit but when i updated my bios to 307 everything is all ok for now except for the sound issue though

have u tried updating your bios to 307 manually winflash doesnt really work on my unit also and same with the sound issue but sound issue is no biggy for me though but on the part were your fan makes...

thats the problem with new units of ASUS they just release new and newer laptops without fully optimizing it

AC odyssey really has an impact on 1060 gpu its much better running on 1070

well some people say asus has released this version on there country much earlier than ours so i assumed the released date for our country is very delay on this version

before you do that consult the asus center first just to make sure if it is also compatible with scar 2

well thats the problem with our unit because this is still newly released by asus and has no optimal settings to its bios and drivers yet i expect if there rtx version of laptops will have some...

try playing rocket league at overboost fan speed and with the sound i have same issue but just try playing music first before opening any games

its on ROG hero 2 model that has fps drops from bios 304-305

i dont know about your unit the bios version that was given in the link was intended for GL504GM

yep i did upgrade my bios to this one

you will not believe it also dude at first i thought it was a joke but when i updated my bios to 306 i encountered it also so now i updated my bios again to 307 and the problem is solved
