EDIT: found the fix. was not a hardware problem had to use the bt.exe fix

maybe you got a pass in the bios? try disabling secure boot in the bios

check that your cable (vga) is not passing trough any power cable. Maybe is interference and try changing your refresh rate atleast to 59/60hz

because the only way to get to the bios was to force a recovery using the pen-drive and ctrl+home. and as soon that you changed something the laptop refused to work. aaaaannnddd 50 50 chance it was...

i have had a lot of SSD drivers and non of them had made any type of sound so you better check that (if its the SSD)

i have never switched cpu/gpu from any laptop i have had . i changed memory and HDD/SSD thats all
