Tested a new PSU right now. Didn't work or change any errors.

They are not often solved. I had 00 error and CPU_LED lighting red. Tried EVERYTHING. Other PSU etc etc. I had to RMA it after 1 week with patience and debugging!

I even tried abit more to ensure that everything else is working properly. Took the CPU, ram bricks to the local store, the tests were running just fine and the mobo has not static electricity...

Nope. It gives light and such, but won't spin.

New PSU didnt solve the issue! :/

I'm sitting on that GPU as we speak. Hmm, damn! should'a tested that out. Ill go to a friends house right now and find out.
