That sounds ok as long as IO and SA voltages...
That sounds ok as long as IO and SA voltages aren't too high, otherwise you'll have to loosen timings until you find stability.

My mistake, your title says Z390-F but you mention Z370-F in your post.
The Z390-F does support up to 4266MHz so yeah try increasing the BCLK until Dram Frequency reaches 4266MHz.

The next thing to try is loosening primary timings to 16-16-16-36 - 1T or stick with your original settings with 2T. -
