Some people who had 180w supply and got the 230w later claimed that the drain was gone after doing cpu+gpu undervolt.

Problem is that they had to RMA for it, and that would take 2+ weeks or more ....

That's some sexy tape you got there, did you also alter the fan speeds? Try furmark+ prime 95 for 10-15 minutes, monitor the max temps, also watch for the fan speed.

I have done the same, limit ingame ( where possible Vsync on and frame limit to 60 ) and also from Nvidia control pannel, my monitoring software still shows 99% GPU usage, be it a game w.o...

This seems strange, didn't see any similar problem on this forum,try changing to maximum performance or balanced in W10, see if there's any results, also try prime 95 benchmark , see if you get above...
