1.5 is kind of the limit....tune SA and IO volts for stability too....maybe less VDIMM needed if you tune those rails. However for 24/7 use running any frequency or timings that need that voltage is...

4.2 all core usually gives semi decent temps on AIO...but really for most things they are better left at stock with PBO settings maxed out and the CPU will cycle the cores at higher boost speeds.

Do you have the slow mode switch on? Strange power plan settings?

The CPU will throttle if it is too hot. And you have a small amount of thermal capacity in the block and water will move by convection slightly....so....all in all you should be OK if it was a short...

Just to add...t topology boards with 4 slots often run best with 4 sticks...4x8 instead of 2x16

In Boot settings menu there is a delay timer in seconds...often set to 3 seconds default....change that to 0?

Try 1.36v for vcore at LLC5 for 5.1GHz and try 1.05v VCCIO and 1.1v VCCSA for the RAM.....you can also try....say....1.365v vor DRAM voltage

Make sure long and short duration power package limit...

RealBench and Karhu RAMTest will reach the parts other stress tests cannot reach...and quicker, without current degrading your CPU

Just use BIOS flashback method to 1402....1502 has many RAM kit problems...

AFAIK this is a known issue with armoury crate and is waiting a fix in the new version which is supposed to drop "soon"

That said you could try increasing max boost by 200MHz on PBO...this might free up the headroom a bit

These CPUs need good watercooling to free...

Use a good thin layer of paste. Prolimatech PK-1 or Hydronaut

It might work...it might not...as has been said you should buy a single kit at the rated speed and density you want. Combining kits is a gamble.

For 4.1GHz you might find you can lower from 1.3v...try 1.2...a bit of experimentation and you might find temps fall quite a bit...
