I'll answer it in 2 parts:
1. Win 7 might have missing drivers for your laptop due to the fact that it was released in the era of win10.
Please refrain about talking about such issue here...

use vJoy app - please note that if you update to win 10 1903 there's an issue with the driver signature ( read more in the app's forum ).

Don't just flash random G751JT Vbios - you MUST know if your laptop support G-sync or NOT.... the VBIOS is DIFFERENT for each case !!!
