I would recommend to send the laptop in for an RMA. I don't know of any fix other than replacing what's most likely causing the issue which is the audio board.

We haven't found any issues when using the USB 3.0 drivers supplied on the disc that came with the motherboard or on our support site. Are you using USB 3.0 drivers version 1.0.19.0?

Also, those of you with this flickering issue, have you tried updating the BIOS to 205 to see if that changes anything?
