    XMP simply applies the rated timings/frequency/voltage for your RAM...the difference in heat between 2666 and the rated 3200...

    MCE is an overclock...it takes that one-core turbo ratio and applies it to all cores.

    That error is usually a lack of Vcore...so maybe a slight bump in vcore is needed to run all core turbo ratio....
