it all comes down to what frames the vid have.
BD/dvd++ have around 25fps and up to 60fps if you are lucky.

just a lill dott ( rice size ) on the middle of the CPU, take off the plastic cover on the CPU cooler ( if its stil on ( yeah ppl have done this before ) ) and place cooler back on and clamp it down.

let me guess, you did buy 2 ram kits? ( AKA 2 packages of 2x8 gig of memory sticks ).
pull out all the ram, and divide them in to the packets hey belong to, and only have ONE ram stick in the mobo...

just have a fan blow over it and it will be cool.
its like comparing to a CPU, the more load = the more heat.
i my self have a fan blowing across it.

is there enny "gargling" noises coming from the pump?
if so it is air in the loop and if you can you must add more fluid in to the loop.
or it may be the pump starting to give up, holp a finger on...
