    I called GSkill and there is no problem running at 1.35V . Disabling XMP will lower the RAM speed because you are now not overclocking the native RAM speed, but maybe not that noticeable.

    Agree with @croxy . There are problems with the 3006 bios and x299 boards using certain ram memory modules. Either turn off xmp or reflash the bios to the previous one.
