So,we came to conclusion that TURBO is not suitable for motherboard.If you will take Strix OC,you will spend more than on Turbo,but your card will be cooler and can be upgraded to water cooler...

You could borrow from someone powerful PSU(750-850W) to see if it will help with both motherboard connections used.

2.Install minimal motherboard drivers(ONLY-chipset,audio,network,not any additional programs).
3.install nVidia driver.

Try two different ways.
One:take everything out of case and test it again,with minimum connected.CPU,RAM,Video,hdd and monitor.

Second:put your card to your old motherboard and test it outside...

1480MHz is stock,our card can go higher until 84 degrees I think when card itself will drop MHz for not overheating.
What game do you play?Did you try some other game?

I would recommend latest driver.I don’t have monitor right now,so I can’t check the version.You may install 398.11 version.

Try in nVidia control panel power plan set to Adaptive.And see if videocard will perform at normal speeds(1480Mhz).Let me know.
