I would suggest first doing introduction games. And then try beatsaber. There you are standing still and the cubes move to you. -

You have to build up resistance. Start with slow games and begin with 15min play.....then 30...and so on. My first vr game was rollercoaster. Horrible first game to try! Got very dizzy. Give it time...
