It double boots on restart from Windows 10 and from a cold boot. This doesn't happen with 2201 bios. Win 10 wasn't a type I'm not using 11. CSM was and is disabled on purpose. TPM needs to be enabled...

Pretty sure there is no way to roll back the Intel ME F/W version. So downloading an older version on the support site is completely useless.

I only tried to rollback with the officially supplied ME F/W from the Asus support page and was denied. Said ME F/W doesn't need to be updated. So not sure if there is a way around this or not. Guess...

Interesting but is still beyond the newest that Asus has on the support site which is Version 14.1.51.1528 so that very well may be your issue with 2301 also. Again an issue with Asus not having...

Can all you do a troubleshooting step and verify which version of Intel ME F/W your running?
Pull up the run command (windows key+R or by clicking the magnifying glass on the taskbar) then type...

Not sure how many others are directly having the issue but there is a post in regards to the Z490-I being in boot loop after the 2301 update. Which I didn't experience until the Intel ME F/W update...

It doesn't directly but that is what bios 2301 is for. It adds support for Windows 11.

Just ran the check and then update to an Asus Z490-I and it's in a boot shutdown boot shutddown loop. The fans are barely spinning up and the rgb is briefly coming on...

I really think the blue light filter setting was the trick for me. When I was jacking with settings I left that one alone because I didn't like the yellow tinge it caused on whites but sure enough...

Good to know I'm not loosing my mind. My office is pretty dang dark and I have the brightness adjusted for that fact but it really doesn't seem to matter even on 0. LOL
