Try flashing via BIOS menu, as would not install for me either.
When booting it was displaying installing new BIOS but still showed the old BIOS after going back to see if it installed.

Found the cause...it was the dedicated PhysX card, as I usually have it disabled but when updating Nvidia drivers it enables it by default. Just forgot to disable it.

I'm not discussing OC’ing here nor would I do it this way. It was about USB 3.1

Change this setting in BIOS or in Al suit 3. e.g. 103.00. (can cause stability issues) . Slightly increases OC including RAM.
Just curious why USB 3.1 GEN 2 disables and is only USB 2.

Have noticed if you increase the BUS speed to 100.4 or above the USB 3.1 GEN 2 disables and is only USB 2 compliant.

Have you tried just having one card installed in PCi 1 and if it still doesn't post try the other card. Just a process of elimination.

Solved. Had to uninstall Origin via registry twice after installing twice, as the first time it was missing one of the Origin folders in the registry. Now loading mods.

Have been using Maldo’s mods on these two games for years with no issues Win 7 & 10.
Since Fall Update (Clean install) mods no longer load, even a simple Autoexec.cgf or System.cfg e.g. skip intro....
