I think the solution is a installation of windows from begin, all new my laptop now is a little glow in that keys, it have been repair is a Asus Center it disapear but it turn back exactly the same...

I have done another clean install i upgrade the ssd and voilá it looks like problem is vanish....

Same problem as mine, my was the update tool keyboard upgrade, have done some keys stay in red... I hope you are lucky too solve the problem.

I would say that with the time the problem vanish by itself a little glow all most can´t see only in full dark, upgrade was good.

I There i have not using this pc so when i turn it on problem vanish at all after one hour a little glow red reapear same spots and i stays weak allmost inpercetible, i got a friend same problem Asus...

Looks like problem is smaller, now maybe an upgrade is needed.

After some days the 7 keys are loosing brightness.

Another OS installation and so far same thing.

That is good news have you installed all softwarte of Asus or only the windows generic drivers?? I have reeinstall several times the OS and it stays the same, maybe i got to try another way...

I reeinstall the operating system new fresh installation 4 times and it doesn´t do nothing problem still persists.

Yes we can, if they send us the firmware or the tool or fix whatever he can put our laptops working 100%...

We can reinstall the firmware of our keyboards without their going to repair...

Hi There Yes i see but after the same program installation the issues appear like our case only in different way, so the software do different bugs.

This Software issue as been reported were in this forum ....from other user as well...and many others ...

Were in Portugal it would be the same they charge a lot and Portugal Midle class range is very poor, but you allways can go further and demand Asus to assume the problem were we got some laws of...
