I have used Asus over many years.... this is the first time which QVL list ram not supported on my Z690 board JUST XMP only.......
in X58 I can using 48GB ram (over the specification )
Z97 I can...

you are lucky that you are not using 128GB..... it will have problem on using 4 ram slot even RAM on QVL list..........

Kingston KF432C16BBK2/64 kit x 2 using 3200 x 4 128GB on this board without problem.
so I can say, Z690 XMP is a joke.......... it cannot over 3200 actually....

If it is still in warranty period, just send it to asus service center, they can replace it immediately.

I just take my card to Asus service center today and they change the LED shell immediately.
It is NOT the LED faulty but the tube changed into milky color due to the heat...
so light cannot go...

I have same problem on a 1080 and a 1080ti.......
probably the LED is got dimmed that day1.....
people said that RGB LED can last for over 10 years is just a joke........

but it is strange that problem not occur at day 1.....
I have 2 card with this issue which used 9 months around......
I believe something wrong with that tube too, as the light...

the quality of those LED is suck.......
