As I read on Intel website, in Turbo Boost is speeds up to 3.5 GHz. But mine is 3.2 GHz only. Is this normal?

Hi, it's me again. In ASUS service center I received my laptop after reapair with new stock cooling system. And - LOL - it's still about 100 C in games like BF 4. So, as I see, it's sort of normal...

I have GSync enabled on my G752VT, but it did't work - for example, in Dota 2 it has FPS about 110-120, while it must be 75 (like my screen refresh rate)

How can I to fix this?

When on AC, it however works . I also tried copy my power schema, and setup all settings for battery like for AC... It still doesn't work. :(
