as i am having asus g73sw , when i installed a new motherboard i respasted the gpu and cpu too ...while repasting the gpu and cleaning its MXM SLOT i accidentally got some of the gpu tim stuck inside...

could be bios corrupted

try connecting the display with external old Monitor not the HDMI port ....but it sounds like you need a new GPU now

lol my asus g73sw's max temps of cpu are 70-80 xD seems like the cpu is having hard time pushing maximum power xD

have you tried connecting it with external display?when did you repaste the gpu and cpu last time ?

that is really weird that the asus g752 is pushing 90+ cpu temperature even with 20-30 ambient temperature

when replacing the motherboard did you repaste the cpu and fitted the cpu heatsink properly with perfect pressure?

there is nothing wrong with your chip or processor... you just have to open up the laptop and REPASTE you processor and GPU(if you want to) with good thermal paste or you can ask the seller from whom...

install HWINFO to check if your fan is running or not ... it might be running at low rpm because if it is running without fan for 4-5 hours it should shut down itself

vbios could be the issue as i faced once on my old g73jh(dead now) which had blurry picture and weird color splashes all over the screen...i had to flash the old vbios of it and it worked like a...

yes it is plug and play card and does not requires any type of bios upgrade ! there are 2 screws on gpu only 1 will be fixed due to size difference but will work fine :)

User HWINFO to monitor the temperature of ur GPU and CPU and voltages and try to remove the battery and play without battery connected...if the laptop still shuts down then ur GPU or CPU is crossing...

just take the cable out ..only cable and go to any local computer/laptop repair shop and ask him to give u the cable of that size...length does not matters u can cut it later when u get it :) he will...

lol yeah i know that but there is a thread that a guy made gtx 770m work on G73JH :D with modded laptops's bios and vbios :D ur welcome btw :p

sadly it didnt ! ended up in returning the gtx460 back and getting a used DELL'S 5870m ! and its working like a charm except the fans are at full RPM !
