If you can boot at 3466 consider yourself lucky, most people can't boot past 3200.

ASUS AI enables HPET and it absolutely kill system performance especially 4K random on crystal mark. You should be getting about 420MB/sec for 4K.

Can confirm this is the issue.
Reinstalled windows without adding ai suite and all my problems including slow disk went away.

We have the same boot drives and yours is showing 3 times the performance.

The lower spec drive should not out perform the high spec drive by 5 to 1. It's just for comparison to show there is a performance problem.
