This is absolutely an ASUS issue. They are using thread locker on these tiny screws. Something absolutely UNNECESSARY and that is causing all this grief.

Elmor is legit. Try the newest 804 you can go back to an older one if you have to.

None that where mentioned by Elmor, but looking at the BIOS size differences from 0801, I would say more code changed had to be done/added than what was mentioned... I suspect.
