General rule of thumb...connect connectors with writing side down and they'll be right orientation +/-...

Exactly that....boot time has almost nothing to do with your drive specs.

It depends much more on platform...RAM density...training...driver initializations...windows fast startup setting...etc etc

1.5 is kind of the limit....tune SA and IO volts for stability too....maybe less VDIMM needed if you tune those rails. However for 24/7 use running any frequency or timings that need that voltage is...

4.2 all core usually gives semi decent temps on AIO...but really for most things they are better left at stock with PBO settings maxed out and the CPU will cycle the cores at higher boost speeds.

Do you have the slow mode switch on? Strange power plan settings?

The CPU will throttle if it is too hot. And you have a small amount of thermal capacity in the block and water will move by convection slightly....so....all in all you should be OK if it was a short...

Just to add...t topology boards with 4 slots often run best with 4 sticks...4x8 instead of 2x16

In Boot settings menu there is a delay timer in seconds...often set to 3 seconds default....change that to 0?

Try 1.36v for vcore at LLC5 for 5.1GHz and try 1.05v VCCIO and 1.1v VCCSA for the RAM.....you can also try....say....1.365v vor DRAM voltage

Make sure long and short duration power package limit...
