The Ram controller sit in the CPU, as far as I know. So with a quite nice CPU you gain higer Ram clocks.

Windows tells me up to 4,4 Ghz and HWMonitor up to nearly 4,2Ghz.
But thats impossible. Glockspeed set to 4,0 Ghz...

I switched the PSU. With the new bequiet P11 850, the voltages are a bit more stabel, but still under the line.
Now I get 11,904 Volts 3,292V and 4,960V
