I do believe the sole purpose of the switch is for troubleshooting. It would allow you to isolate a problem quickly without removing or having to break down your system in the event of a problem.

Yes sorry about that Menthol was correct. I meant the cpu cooler to motherboard. I had a hero board that was very touchy. especially the side were the ram and power were mounted on the board.

Try loosening your mount on your cooler. This has happen to me on other boards.

There are several DVI cables -Look at the card and look at the cable. they have to match-did you get one of those DVI adapters with your 960?

The cables is long enough so that it can be mounted in any convenient location in the case.

There may be some 2 pin headers on the Mobo - similar to a fan header. check your mobo layout in the manual

For some reason unknown to me at this time. The 7900X series chips wont pass luxmark realbench with that driver installed.
My 6950X and 5960X pass with out a hitch
