UX31e Bluetooth Problem

Hi,

I just picked up a UX31e and it is a great machine, however I have a problem with bluetooth - it doesn't find any devices.

I have Win7 Pro with all latest updates. I have manually installed all necessary drivers (not some of the utilities) including the latest bluetooth driver, BIOS, ATK etc.

My bluetooth device is definitely discoverable as another laptop finds it, but when I set the UX31e to discover devices it doesn't find any. I have tried a number of different bluetooth devices as well.

Any ideas?

Does bluetooth work for other people on here? Anyone using a bluetooth mouse / headset etc?

Hi Bro,
It works well on my Zenbook UX21E
I can listen to music via my UX21E and Itech 801 bluetooth headset and also can play music from my HTC phone using UX21E as a bluetooth speakers 🙂

please check your device manager is no exclamation mark, is it can not contact any bluetooth device like KB, mouse.
is your NB have enable can be find function?
