Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

when i press Ctrl+Alt+Del it boots normal.
Why do i get sometimes this message???

no i didnt i only have automatic dram frequency active
i ve disbaled the automatic overclocking feature

this disk read error occurs only sometimes and after i press the combination its gone.

What frequency exactly do you have running ? 2133 or 1866mhz

but why does it happend only occasionally and my disk is still functional and smart status tells me its in good standing??

I got the same error on my older rig when I tested my PCIe SATA card. Problem persisted until I changed the SATA cable, after that all worked fine.

That was going to be my advice. Swap SATA cable. Inspect all the pins to ensure none are damaged.
