Where in the bios can I ensure that CPU_FAN is at 12V 100%?

Where in the bios for my Maximus IX CODE can I ensure that CPU_FAN is receiving 12V at all times and is at 100% fan speed? I tried looking under Monitoring but could not find any toggles.

Be sure that DC fan is selected IF you are using 3 pin fan. also select PWM for 4 pin fans, even that use manual tuning. DO NOT Change CPU FAN SPEED LOWER LIMIT. keep it on 200RPM
