Can you veryfy my BIOS pics please?

Hi, I have a new PC. I make UHD videoediting with i9 7940X and Edius 9. I thought to fly with i9 7940X CPU and M.2 SSDs but I'm noticing only a little improvement compared to my old PC. It was 5 years old. Sometimes I'm thinking if BIOS isn't configured fine. But maybe I'm making a mistake and it is only my anxiety. I attach only some pics of my Asus PRIME X299-DELUXE BIOS and I hope you can verify if it is configured fine:

THANKS.

PS: To remove "Intel Turbo Boost Max Tecnology 3.0" I have to disable it and then to go into the UEFI and change MFC Override to OS Native Support from underneath the CPU Power Management menu. What is this meaning precisely? Do I have to go into BIOS?
