the ryzen balanced power plan gives bsod to some people i know in games after some hours gaming
resolved with the use of windows high performance power plan
drivers v17.30 had no problems

Hmmmm...it didn't install balanced power plan when I installed it...but I have been running performance anyway...

Maybe...like I said I've just found this:o...been out a few days...maybe they pulled power plan update in the meantime?

All chipset drivers to date have had AMD Balanced Power Plan in them, I don't use it. TBH I don't even install it, I do custom install and deselect it. I use Balanced with core parking mod.

I have yet to test on TR, but on Ryzen W7 testing showed High Performance with CPU min state changed to allow CPU down volting/clocking was best for all uses. W10 balanced with CP mod yielded consistent/best 3D performance.
