ROG GL703VM speaker sizzling and audio advanced settings wont show up

I recently bought a GL703VM and when i open a video at somepoint it starting to sizzling like the speaker touching somewhere. So i asked to company that i bought the laptop to change it and they did. After the replenishment, second laptop that i get has the same issue so i wanted to ask if there anyone who suffers the same problem.

I updated all drivers from asus website and realtek website. But still it doesnt change anything. I tired to change the frequency of speaker but advanced settings of realtek audio wont show up. There is only 48000Hz 24bit and 48000hz 16bit there. I tried couple of things to bring advanced settings but i couldn't manage it. Is there anyway to bring these options?

Default format under speaker settings:

As you can see there is some missing tabs in advanced settings.

There is no realtek icon in my toolbar:

However there is realtek icon in control panel:

Settings under realtek application:

I'm having the exact same issue. And i don't expect this with a laptop from this price range. I bought this laptop to edit videos on locations. But it's really bummer with the sound that is coming out of the laptop. It seems indeed something is lose or touching the speakers. It also sounds if they are blown-up.
I need to turn the volume mostly around 40% to not hear this issue.

Please asus hope this can be fixed.
